4d Time
If any object in 4d has an infinite amount of projections in 3d, would not a single “space” of time have the same? Could one surmise then, that a single moment of 4d time could be an infinite amount of time in 3d? Or does the projection have certain constraints, that focus the time so that it appears to be linear?
Or is time created through the awareness of events unfolding? Perhaps it is our very consciousness that is formed through our memories of this unfolding? Through the history of events and interactions that create a narrative from which we form our identity - that is, our self awareness grows like a tree, and thus has a beginning and end, with our “memories” connecting a set of events that start at the beginning (birth) and end with our death.
Memory
When we remember something, we think we have carried that memory with us – somewhere in our “brain” – from the past into the present, and on into the future. But perhaps we have instead “travelled” to that point in time and are, in fact, re-living that event.
Depending on how impactful that event was, we might fully relive it, over and over again. Or if it was not so traumatic, we might just “re-member” parts of it. It is then my choice whether to re-experience it or not, and how to do so. It has been shown under hypnosis that we can recall exact details of said event, showing that we have stored all the details of that event somewhere, though we only have limited access to that information in normal consciousness
The constraint of our memories is that one can only traverse this path back in time along the same path that was engraved into the background of your existence.
