Zero & One

Description:

Everything exists between 0 & 1

[!note] Will of the Creator
The “Will of the Creator” is the very process of creation, whereby 1, something, emerges from 0, nothing. It is the “Will of the Creator”, too, Who then forms the infinite manifestations from the 1. It is we who try to measure the immeasurable, beginning our count at 1, the bifurcate from the 1 into 2, and from 2 into the many. Thus we emerge from the Infinite Oneness into the One Infinite, through which we have can first conscious experience of the Infinite Being — the Oneness from which all is born.
The human mystery here is actually, how come we forget this truth upon birth?

“I am that I am”

Only the Divine, Great Spirit can be represented by the statement “I am that I am”.

This represents the trivial statement, the one of identity, represented by 1=11 = 1. That still represents only the aspect of the Divine Holy Spirit that we are capable of experiencing. In fact, if one was speaking of the full, ultimate G-d of all, Infinity of infinities, we would have to say in this case that He represents 1>11 > 1.

Similarly, II am the only II that is fully II. In other words II am the only II that fulfils I=II = I. However, one such as this would be known as an “enlightened” one, a fully self-realised person. Any one else is i<Ii < I, incomplete, not fully realised and still in flux.

One could say that the perfect being is the only One which is greater than Itself. All others only represent segments of themselves, and are never able to be “completely” who they are.

The miracle of One - I

#beg
The beginning begins with the emergence of the One. How the Nothing, 0, became something, 1, is beyond a miracle. There are absolutely no words (in any language) that describe either what 0 is, or how it became 1. Though there is a way to express it in every language, and it is an essential part of every language. In fact, everyone can “speak” this divine language. It is called … silence!
Start from One. From the generally accepted wisdom that everything arose from the One, and everything is reducible to the One. Oneness, which is, was and always will be the Source of Everything.

That truly is the beginning as our narrative can only begin with the existence of something — which we represent as 1 (one).

But this is only if we ignore the “brane” within which this interaction is occurring — the “One-ness” that all other ones emerge from — for then it means that for something to emerge from the perfect One-ness, something has to be “diminished” or altered within It, in order to maintain its total Perfection. So, even in this scenario, you have three aspects (פרצוּפים) of the 1 that emerged. You have the 1 itself, its “anti-1”, to balance the scales, and the effect they have had upon the “background” One from within which they are formed.

In addition, in order for there to be any narrative, we actually need at least 3 — the two points and the interaction between them, often represented as a triangle \triangle — else they have no local history, and thus, no story.

For one (1) is insufficient as it can only know of its own existence, and not of anything else. And if it is truly One, the only one in existence, there is nothing other to know. If the singularity is all there is, there is nothing to know of it. One could refer to it as a closed loop, a circle. Selfish, self-centred and narcissistic. Knowing of none other than itself. In order for anything to “exist”, there needs to be an emergence, a differentiation from another state of being, and thus there cannot be only one — unless we are referring to the One that is the collective everything — will be two (2) — the one and an other, the other that can know of “existence” as different from a state of non-existence. Of one that can “witness” — both itself and another, even if only through experiencing the event (of its “life/existence”). But that is still not enough. There has to be some way that the two can interact for there to be any meaningful dynamic (if that is all there is in existence). That produces the third emanation — even if only through having an experience of the other in any form or fashion — something we would refer to as “having a relationship with”.

Let us say that there are two aspects to One. We have the one that is the first amongst (hopefully) many; we have the one that signifies the singular; and we have the number 1, which is a symbol that signifies such as situation. Thus, the singularity that we refer to as Nothing, or Zero (0), becomes the One that is before there is 1. A place from which the ‘1’ had not yet emerged. Thus is naught, Ø, the empty set – a place where even one does not exist.

Regarding our conscious awareness, we start of as 1, aware only of the I and it’s needs. Purely egotistical and trying to survive in a hostile environment. Selfish, youthful, unaware, we awaken to an other, and now are entering 2d. We move from the beautiful innocence of I to the awareness of the duality, II. From the simple - it is what it is - to seeing the reflection in the illusion, encountering the unreality of some deeply held beliefs until a splintering of inner and outer occurs. It is here our true journey begins. We have just passed through the first gate and reached the outer temple courtyard. We have entered the exploration of duality.

Another I (one)

With only one there is no creation, no dynamic, no interaction. So, either all the I’s were created (in potential) simultaneously (as in numbers), or the original I had to be able to reproduce, and thus produce another I. Thus we have at least 2 such I’s.

Thus we have two points, 1 & 1, and the “line” or space/time between them. That gap that makes up our “consciousness”. And, as mentioned, when anything appears, its opposite emerges through “lack of”, or its shadow.

The only way I could emerge, is by ~I (not-I) emerging at the same time. This is a place of not-G-d. A place where G-d has removed Herself. Thus, there “is” despair and pain and sin… all of this can only exist in a place where there is no G-d. The only way to create a space of not-G-d, when G-d is everything is by forgetting!

One

1 – Malchut (מלכות), reality. The 3d world in which we live.
Meditate on the first number.
We know 1 is special.

One occurs once, and expresses the identity. For every number from that one concept is made of a collection of ֹone identities. 23 is made of 23 ones. When 1 passes through any other number, it does not affect its target. It leaves little trace behind.

It is the Id in its fullness so when it interacts, as in 1 * 3, it does not transform nor does it affect the object. However, it is an addition to the situation, as in 3 + 1 = 4. In fact, it is what enables growth, movement to the new phase the new level.

Now we have the opposite of multiplication as well, which is know as division that expresses the splintering (whereas ‘-’ expresses the annihilation). But this is actual splintering, and produces the basis of the real world, Malkhut.

This is how 1 also contains infinity, as a member of every numbe, and can produce every number too.

2, 3 &4

  • 3rd - child, something born, another enters.
  • 4th - realising it is all in your imagination! And that your imagination opens up whole new realms of existence too.

Primal Point

Everything points to this primal point, the point that is not a point. In fact, the only point that is not a point, and precedes the manifestation. For there must be a something that manifested, or caused the manifestation, and that is referred to as Nothing, or, more accurately “No-thing”

When 00 (zero) is added to or removed from something, it does not affect it at all – as in 5±0=55 \pm 0 = 5. In other words, everything is perfect in its own right, and nothing can be added or subtracted from it. Whereas when it merges with anything, the thing merges with nothing, 0, like disappearing into a black hole, represented in our language by *, or multiplication – as in 50=05 * 0 = 0. And obviously everything contains an infinite amount of nothing! 5/0=5/0 = \infty (or “undefined”). These, 00 and \infty, represent the boundaries or limits of our minds/consciousness! The beginning and end, the alpha and omega.

As it says, “Out of the simple nothing arose a point”, which is represented by 11, the 1st1^{st} — the first point, the beginning, the start of the manifestation.

One also represents a period. In that guise, it expresses an ending as well, as well as a basic unit measurement. For one second, means that one unit of whatever has transpired. That unit then becomes the basis on which the rest of that type of measurement is based. Once we have agreed on the measurement/status of the one, we can then continue on to build the rest of the system.
