This is an expression of the journey of life.
Firstly, let me explain what they mean.
We start at which is the point of origin, the zero point, and expresses “Nothingness”. The point of origin as the beginning point, the place where it all began.
It is from that space that we emerge. In other words, we project our consciousness ahead, make a goal, that we can signify as — which signifies unification with the goal. Assume that the movement towards the goal is . However, notice that the movement is away from . Thus the farther away from Nothingness that we move, the more self-identified we become. In other words, the more “manifest” we become. The 1 becomes clear, when it reflects itself (to become 2).
To merge with nothingness, takes an infinite expansion of the lower (Eq. 2). However, the only way to merge with infinity, is to reduce your lower to nothing (Eq. 1). That is why an infinite amount of energy is needed to produce the smallest bit of manifest material.
Let us look at this in more detail. Assume the represents you, while the represents the inner you. Many traditions, the Eastern ones in particular, focus on reducing the ego so the that One might enter. But what does Eq. 2 really speak of? Perhaps if you expand your knowledge and your mind, you actually begin to become less, you are also approaching that point, where the transformation might occur.
As we get closer and closer to , we encounter the the miracle, the mystery, the involvement of the infinite to get from . represents any finite thing or collection of things. Even if we take to be the largest collection we can conceive of, something like a googleplex amount, there would still be the same (infinite) distance from that collection to .
The full statement looks like this:
Could one say that the InfiniteOne expressed Its One(ness)—or is that too banal?
Inserting equation 1 and 2 from above, we see a possibility that looks like this:
The goal, , is on top, and the movement away from infinity is at the bottom, . Going from , we approach our unified selves. The upper portion of our being needs to hold the goal, and not waver, while the lower part of us, needs to tends to or away from for us to fully manifest ourselves.
I love this piece. It shows exactly what it takes. If , (1), tend towards , become . If tend towards nothingness, , become , fullness.
As we emerge from the primordial soup, of , we see only our reflections. if , that is how emerges. We look back, and because it is on the background of Nothing, , instead we see ourselves reflected in the universal mirror of nothingness. Remember it is a compassionate universe, so it reflects back to us what we look for, what we can see. So, we are , or , or , etc., and looking back towards , we see , or , or , unless we are aware of G0D. It seems like it is another part of us, or G0D, but in fact it is the same mirror. One could say that in Nothingness, any, and every, movement is apparent.
