Breathe

 

Breathe, breath in, breath out. Breathe.

Every breath changes everything.

All is interconnected.
Move one iota and
The configuration of the whole
Universe changes.


Your surroundings are affected by your removal of those elements that you have breathed in, and those you have breathed out. Changing and affecting everything around (and inside) you.

Hold your breath

Feel this air and its energy spreading in your body, nourishing and feeding it with its light energy, disturbing and interrupting its processes with its dark energy. Notice how it affects your body. As this is occurring, notice how the air in your lungs is now changing, filling up with the waste from your body. You have changed it, affected it, transformed it by placing your “stuff” in it, having removed what you wanted, and affected it with your emotions and mental state of mind.

Breathe out, slowly

Upon exiting, it contains information about you, carrying stuff that you had inside of you, has now been breathed out. A little bit of you is in that air.

Breathe in, slowly

Now, as this air as it enters your body, say a little prayer:
“Thank you, O Lord, for this nourishing air that enters my body. I am blessed and blessed by my ability to breathe it easily. I am grateful for all the gifts and blessing it contains. And I ask for protection from all the toxins and bad energies that it may contain. May I be forgiven for my sins, and protected from harm. My prayer is to receive these blessings and lessons with grace.”

Hold your breath

Once again, feel it spreading through your body. Be as aware of this as you can. Bless it as it enters your blood and nourishes your cells. Bless it as it collects all the detritus from the work that is being done in your body to keep it hale and healthy. Welcome the change in your lungs. And when they tell you it is time to release…

Breathe out, slowly

Putting your own blessing into this air, as you breathe it out. Imagine your light, your gratitude, your love in that air as you breathe it out, placing lovingkindness into the space that surrounds you. How will the universe react?

The Other entering and leaving transformed by your very existence. The air around you dances with you all the time, in and out and around, every day of your life.

We are in constant dialogue with the universe around us.

Now remember to bless the air you breathe.
